Traditional uses of native plants

Ethnobotanist Sandra Walker, joins us at the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre's Garden Patch to teach us about the traditional uses of native plants. The Garden Patch is part of a Healthy Yards team that includes the University of Saskatchewan's Gardening at USask, the City of Saskatoon, the Saskatchewan Waste Reduction's Compost Coaches, Little Green Thumbs Canada, CHEP, and the Saskatoon Food Council.
